Based in Hong Kong, Juliette Macresy becomes Head of Greater China and South East Asian markets
Following the merger of Vigeo and EIRIS in 2015, and the opening of new offices in Chile in 2014, Canada in 2015 and Stockholm in 2017, Vigeo Eiris now targets the Asian market.
Vigeo Eiris has built a strong reputation for the rigor and depth of its ESG research, thanks to its long-standing experience working alongside some of the most committed and demanding players in responsible investment. Vigeo Eiris also has a strong track record within green and sustainable bond markets worldwide.
Nicole Notat, Vigeo Eiris’ President, commented: “Having a base in Hong Kong will strengthen Vigeo Eiris’ presence in Asia where we already have two long term partners: Quick in Japan and Caer in Australia. Hong Kong is a strategic location for capital markets, and growth in the green bond market is particularly strong across the region.”
Based in Hong Kong, Juliette Macresy took charge of the new office in September 2017, becoming Head of Greater China and South East Asian markets. She is already working with banks, investors, corporates and international organisations based in the region.
Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Dauphine University (France), Juliette has been working in financial markets in London and Paris for almost twenty years. She started her career at Moody’s Investors Services in London as a credit analyst, then moved to fixed income positions in Paris and Hong Kong.
