Assignments and meaning of the job for our ESG ambitions and our customers
Under the responsibility of the Sustainability Rating Business Line Manager of the Issuer Market Business Unit, you take over the management of the client service for Vigeo Eiris Issuer clients. You contribute to the set-up and follow-up of the outreach programme towards issuers, you animate and ensure the good development of the customer relationship with the sales teams of different markets globally, as well as with the research teams, in order to actively contribute to achieving the turnover growth objectives. You also contribute to the development of revenues of the Business Unit.
Required skills and main expectations
You ensure client service responsiveness and customer communication.
- Management and follow-up of deliveries & client questions:
o You ensure the dissemination of Vigeo Eiris deliverables.
o You ensure responsiveness to customers requests.
o You lead projects, such as dissemination of ESG ratings, development of sustainability rating product offer (sovereigns, NGOs).
o You disseminate marketing information to enhance customer loyalty.
o You supervise the upgrade and consistency of our offering presentation.
o You manage campaigns and projects associated to outreach programmes targeting Issuers offerings.
o You coordinate and participate to external events.
- Reporting, continuous improvement, market intelligence
As a client relationship manager and in coordination with the Business Line Managers, you manage and develop client relationships on our different offers.
