V.E provides SPO for Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP)
V.E, a Moody’s affiliate, has provided a Second Party Opinion (SPO) on Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris. The framework has been designed to issue social bonds aiming to finance access to the best care for patients, research and education. V.E is of the opinion that this Framework is aligned with the Social Bond Principles (SBP) 2020 and demonstrates an “advanced” contribution to sustainability.
Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris’s framework positions them at the forefront of improving the sustainability of healthcare services during a historic time that poses great social risks. […] The financed expenses, including the renewal and modernisation of medical equipment and technical facilities, investments dedicated to research for the continuous improvement of care and the development of new treatments, and investments dedicated to the training of medical and paramedical staff, have clear benefits in terms of improved access to of the best care for patients and training for healthcare workers.
